Our mulding equipment includes two Disa-Matic Automatic Moulding Lines and another line consisting of several Jolt Squeeze Moulding Machines such as Model Z124B, Z145 and Z148E, which are the advanced moulding machines available in our country and can offer an annual capacity in excess of 7000 tonnes. We are the first using local hill sand with a Vern Cooling Shakeout Tumbler Which enable high pressure moulding 13KG/cm² on our mechanical mouding lines. Again this is one of the most model available in our country.

    We have available both cupola and electric fumace,that enable us to use a Dual-Melting Technology and give us an advantage over many other foundries and also allow us to control very accurately many other foundries and also allow us to control very accurately the chemical composition and temperature of the molten metal.

    With all the above we ate able to produce our castings to meet our customers' requirements, the first grade specification of the relevant-national and intemational standards in the surface finish, dimensional accuracy and material specification as well as metallographic structure.

    Our company have a comprehensive laboratory to carry out Sand Test, Chemical Analysis, Metallograhic Structure, Physical Properties of metal cast to ensure the quality of our products. We have a very experienced, responsible, capable, first vlass team to develop new products from designing, pattem making..., till final inspection. This team have gained for this company 5 Patents, Provincial Scientific Achievement Reward, and Guiyang City Products Quality Award.
